Dream Lanes ("Dream Lanes," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website and the communications programs described below. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have — including the choices you have about text messages.
If you have questions about this policy, contact us using the information in theContact Us section at the end.
Who This Policy Covers
This policy applies to everyone who:
- visits or uses this website
- signs up for our email list, text messaging program, leagues, events, or promotions
- makes a reservation, books a party, or buys a product or service from us
- contacts us by web form, email, phone, or text message
Information We Collect
Information you give us directly. When you fill out a form, book a lane or party, join a league, enter a promotion, sign up for emails or texts, or contact us, we may collect:
- your name
- your mobile phone number and/or other phone numbers
- your email address
- your mailing address
- reservation, league, event, and party details
- the content of messages you send us
Payment information. If you pay us online, payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor over an encrypted connection. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours automatically collects technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, the site you came from, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies and Tracking below).
Information from other sources. If you book through a third-party reservation, ticketing, or event platform we use, that platform may pass us the information you gave it in order to complete your booking.
Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) Program
This section describes our text messaging program and applies in addition to the rest of this policy.
How we get your consent
We send text messages only to people who have opted in. You can opt in by:
- checking the SMS consent box on a form on this website
- filling out a paper form, sign-up sheet, or in-center kiosk at Dream Lanes
- texting a keyword to our number, or texting us first
- giving your number and consent to a Dream Lanes staff member verbally or in writing
Consent to receive marketing text messages is never a condition of any purchase, reservation, league registration, or other service.
What messages you may receive
Depending on what you opted in to, messages may include:
- Promotional messages — specials, coupons, events, league and tournament announcements, and other marketing
- Transactional and service messages — reservation and party confirmations, reminders, schedule or closure notices, and updates about a booking you made
- Conversational messages — replies from our staff when you text us a question
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You should expect to receive up to approximately[e.g. 4–8] messages per month from our promotional program. Transactional messages are sent as needed based on your reservations and activity.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Dream Lanes does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply to messages you send and receive. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
How to stop receiving messages
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send you further messages from that program unless you opt in again.
For help, reply HELP to any message from us, or contact us using the information in the Contact Us section.
You may also opt out by emailing or calling us and asking to be removed from our text list.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's transmission and coverage.
Your mobile information is not shared or sold
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your mobile phone number, your text message content, or your SMS opt-in and consent data with any third party, affiliate, lead generator, or data broker for marketing or promotional purposes.
The only parties that receive your mobile number and consent information are the service providers that operate our messaging platform on our behalf (for example, our messaging software provider and telecommunications carriers), and they may use it only to deliver our messages to you and may not use it for their own marketing. This exclusion from sharing applies to all information collected as part of our text messaging program.

We use the information we collect to:
- send you the text messages and emails you signed up for

- respond to your questions, requests, and feedback
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve this website

Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly, remember your preferences, and measure site traffic and marketing performance. Some of this measurement is done by third-party analytics and advertising services, which may set their own cookies and collect information about your visit to our site.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. There is currently no industry standard for responding to those signals, and our site does not respond to them.
How We Share Your Information
We share personal information only in these situations:
- Service providers. With companies that perform services for us — website hosting, email and text message delivery, reservation and point-of-sale systems, payment processing, and analytics. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
- Delivery and payment partners. With shippers and payment processors when needed to complete something you asked for.
- Legal requirements and safety. When we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or is necessary to investigate fraud, enforce our terms, protect the security of our systems, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Dream Lanes, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers. If Dream Lanes is sold or merges with another business, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction. The restriction on mobile and SMS consent data described above continues to apply.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS consent data with anyone for marketing or promotional purposes.
Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy — including maintaining your reservation and league history, honoring your marketing preferences, and meeting our legal, tax, and accounting obligations — and then delete or de-identify it.
Records of your opt-in and opt-out choices are retained as required to demonstrate compliance with telemarketing and messaging rules.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections for form submissions and payments and access limits on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Children's Privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. When a parent or guardian registers a child for a league, party, camp, or event, the child's information is provided by the adult and used only to administer that activity. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information through this website, contact us and we will delete it.
